Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. It is believed to restore the body's balance of energy, or Qi, and promote natural healing. Acupuncture has been used for centuries to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and address a variety of health conditions.
Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness are practices that cultivate mental clarity and presence. Meditation involves focused attention, often on the breath, to calm the mind and reduce stress. Mindfulness extends this awareness to daily life, helping individuals stay fully engaged in the present moment. Both techniques enhance well-being and promote inner peace.
Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as "tapping," is a holistic therapeutic approach that combines acupressure and psychology. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional issues, EFT aims to release negative emotions, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being. It's a simple and effective self-help tool for emotional healing and personal growth.

Seasonal workshops offering a taste of Mindfulness and Meditation to both beginners and those more experienced.
Topics vary, but in the past our Christmas celebration included an introduction to mindful eating; our Spring celebration looked at renewal and rejuvenation; our Autumn celebration focused on relaxation and going inwards as the seasons change.

These are for everyone; from complete beginners to the more experienced – including those who have attended the 8 Week course.
These sessions are a chance to take time out of life, unwind and relax.

One to One Mindfulness Sessions
a) One to One Mindfulness Session
Mindfulness techniques are used to gain clarity on the situation, reduce the intensity of negative emotions creating headspace and relaxation in order to move forward.
b) One to One Mindfulness Coaching
For those too busy to attend a group workshop, or perhaps those who just prefer to learn on their own, I can now offer my popular 8 week Mindfulness Course on a one to one basis, either face to face in my Treatment Room or online on a video call.
