I work in a unique way.
We are all different. One therapy does not suit everyone; and at different times we need different healing and support. My years of experience working with patients has led me to believe that using a blend of different therapies, chosen for the specific person at that specific time, is far more powerful than using one therapy alone.
I therefore, as a holistic practitioner, offer tailored and blended therapy sessions drawing from my expertise in Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching, Acupuncture, Emotional Rreedom Technique, Reiki, and relaxation therapies
Combination Therapy one hour – £60

Save £30 When you book 6 sessions.- In the comfort of my Healing Hut, we will firstly discuss your individual emotional and physical needs and your priorities for your treatment. We may discuss your life situation at the moment and how it is affecting you.
- I will then use my expertise and experience to create a blended, tailored therapy session for you that will help you attempt to reach your goal. I will draw on my various therapies – acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditation and Mindfulness; Emotional Freedom Technique; Reiki and other relaxation therapies.
- After the treatment, we will discuss how you feel, and any post treatment effects that can be expected. The treatment can help release stuck emotions, and help unblock issues for you; it can bring about a sense of relief and give you more headspace to move forward with whatever life issues you face. You will feel more ready to take on the demands of everyday life once more.
- At the end of the session we will discuss if you would like to come again. The treatment could be a standalone treat; however, many of my clients like to have regular treatments – weekly, fortnightly, monthly or seasonally. For others, a course of treatment may be more beneficial to tackle your personal issues.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a time honoured holistic healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese medicine. It is a 4000-year-old practice that can be used to treat a range of conditions and is utilised in conventional (Western) medicine as it is widely recognised for its beneficial results.
It involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate natural healing processes. By balancing the flow of vital energy or “Qi,” acupuncture can address a wide range of health concerns, from pain management to stress reduction and improved overall wellness.
My degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) enables me to identify presenting conditions and identify patterns of disharmony, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine theories. I am accredited by the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which is regulated and approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA).
Meditation and Mindfulness
Mindfulness and meditation are powerful practices that promote mental well-being and holistic self-care.
Mindfulness involves cultivating a heightened awareness of the present moment, giving you the self-help tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing focus and resilience.
Meditation complements mindfulness by offering structured techniques to quiet the mind and achieve inner calm. It has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost emotional balance.
My qualification with Zenways is accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). It is rooted in the Rinzai Zen Tradition, which has a long and distinguished history of teaching Meditation for boosting physical and mental Health and Well-Being as well as for grounding insight and self understanding.
Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a revolutionary approach to emotional healing and personal transformation. EFT combines elements of acupuncture and psychology, involving gentle tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional issues. This process helps us release energy blockages, alleviate negative emotions, and can promote emotional well-being.
EFT can reduce the intensity of a heightened emotional charge, allowing us to have space and perspective to more forward. It may help you address and overcome issues like anxiety, stress, phobias, and trauma.
I am a qualified Level 2 Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Guided Relaxation is a soothing journey of visualisation that can help to us unwind, reduce stress, and rejuvenate, promoting mental and physical well-being.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that promotes balance and wellness, fostering physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
Massage is therapeutic touch for relaxation, stress relief, pain relief and physical rejuvenation. When I use massage, I am working with the acupuncture meridian system. I will use a combination of Swedish massage techniques, Hot Stones and Acupressure techniques. Please be aware this is only part of the treatment; it is not a stand-alone massage.
Cupping is an ancient therapy using suction cups to alleviate pain, improve circulation, and reduce muscle tension. It can promote holistic healing and relaxation.
