What is a Soundbath?
A Soundbath is a type of meditation that uses sound to create a deeply relaxing and restorative environment.
During a session, various instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments are played in harmony.
These produce sound frequencies that help restore balance and harmony in your body’s energy systems by stimulating alpha and theta brainwaves, which are the same as those we produce naturally in meditation or sleep.
The sound vibrations help to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall well-being. The waves of sound encourage deep relaxation and can guide you into a meditative state, allowing you to experience heightened awareness and clarity.

What to Expect During a One to One or a Group Soundbath Session
Before you arrive for a One to One Soundbath, I will help you decide whether we will be using Crystal bowls or Himalayan bowls.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed into a serene space designed to enhance your relaxation. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably on a treatment table, with pillows and blankets provided to support your comfort.
The session will begin with a Chakra diagnosis Then, you will simply relax while the Soundbath begins, and I will play the bowls which emit healing frequencies. The sound will wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation. At the end of the session we will recheck your Chakras and gently guide you back to continue your day.
For a Group Soundbath, you will bring your own mat and any blankets you might want. You will make yourself comfortable in the room and begin to relax in the serene atmospher.
You will be guided into relaxation with a Meditation. You will then simply rest and relax while I play a variety of instruments and singing bowls. Then you will gently be brought out of the Meditation at the end of the session ready to carry on with your day.
Many people describe the experience as a journey, where the sounds seem to create a sense of floating or being enveloped by the waves of vibration. Some may experience vivid imagery, emotional releases, or a sense of profound peace during the session.

- Group Soundbaths: Join a community of like-minded individuals for a shared healing experience. These group sessions offer a unique energy and can be deeply transformative. £15 for an hour.
- Private Soundbath Sessions: If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, I offer private sessions tailored to your needs, where the sound can be customized to target specific areas of concern. £60 for an hour.
- Specialized Soundbaths: I will also offer themed Soundbaths workshops from time to time focusing on specific goals like stress relief, emotional healing, chakra balancing, or sleep improvement.
